At Devine Consulting, I developed automating tools for processing environmental data sets. My work focused on building Python-based pipelines to handle large collections of NetCDF files, transforming raw model output into usable formats for end users.

I integrated existing shell scripts into the workflow and extended them with custom Python logic, ensuring accurate file conversions and metadata consistency. I also implemented automation around file movement, renaming, and transformation, making the overall process reproducible and maintainable.

These workflows were designed to run on a recurring schedule, and I worked closely with CRON jobs and structured logging to ensure successful execution and rapid debugging when needed.

I documented the system end-to-end for handoff, making it easy for future developers or analysts to reconfigure, rerun, or expand the workflow.
